Because of God's nature he cannot be good and evil. He isn't there one day and gone the next. He is always good and always there. I feel like I'm just repeating myself but we are the one's that get in the way.
Good is created by God. Evil or bad is created by mortal beings separating ourselves from God putting ourselves in Satan's influence.

Isn't it true. I find when I'm reading these kinds of books that there are always themes that keep repeating over and over again. Hopefully the good stuff eventually sinks in.
