Choose peace

A line in A Course In Miracles states, "I can choose peace, rather than this." What a simple statement. Let this be what comes into your mind any time you are in a situation that causes unrest. It won't change what happened but it will put you in a frame of mind that will handle it in a peaceful manner.

    You know shadow, because I've read this book before and others that share similar sentiments, I am finding it easier as I practice this kind of thinking and put it to work. I can find peace in stressful situations.
